• Analyze and report on Credit Services productivity metrics • Conduct portfolio risk analysis and receivables efficiency reviews • Set up recent accounts and manage customer records • Perform quality audits to improve departmental workflows • Generate credit line review reports for customers

Requirements: • BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent experience • 2-5 years in a credit or finance-related role • Bilingual proficiency in English and French • Strong analytical and communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
