Become part of the Michaels team as a Seasonal Service Team Member in Guelph, ON. This part-time role involves engaging customers and enhancing their shopping experiences every day.
In this position, you will assist customers with locating products and ensuring quick checkout experiences. You'll help maintain store appearance through stocking and recovery tasks, and you may also inform customers about our Rewards program. Participation in truck unloading and merchandise processes is essential to keep the store well stocked.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer assistance while shopping
• Operate cash registers and ensure accurate cash handling
• Promote Rewards program and assist customer enrollments




• Support truck unloading and merchandise maintenance
• Engage in Omni channel processes like Ship From Store
Requirements:
• Previous retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Capability to lift boxes and work with ladders
• Ability to remain on your feet for long hours
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
• Must be at least sixteen years old
