Support children and youth in a staffed residential workplace with The Ridge Meadows Association for Community Living in Maple Ridge. Part-time and full-time roles are available to provide essential care and support. As a Residential Child and Youth Care Worker, you will assist in nurturing children and youth within a residential group home.

Candidates should ideally possess a diploma related to developmental disabilities along with necessary certifications, such as First Aid/CPR and NVCI or MANDT Training. Successful applicants will undergo a Criminal Record Check and MCFD HUB screening to ensure a safe environment for all residents. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct care and support to children and youth
- Maintain a safe and structured environment
- Implement care plans and engage in activities
- Communicate effectively with team members and families
- Document progress and incidents accurately

Requirements:

- Diploma or certificate in relevant field
- NVCI or MANDT Training
- Valid BC Driver’s License
- Clear Criminal Record Check
- First Aid/CPR certification
