Dominion is growing its Edmonton team, and the work happens face to face with homeowners, in person, about residential solar. Every leader here started as a rep, and what you earn tracks what you sell.

KEY BEFORE YOU APPLY: EDMONTON, IN PERSON, FULL-TIME

This is a full-time, in-person role based in Edmonton. Your day happens out in the field, face to face with customers.

- You already live in the Edmonton area, or you're moving here before your start date
- You're legally allowed to work in Canada. We don't sponsor work permits or handle immigration

WHAT THE JOB ACTUALLY IS You'll cover a set Edmonton territory, backed by training, live coaching, and a process the team has already refined. You meet homeowners, walk them through their options, and close the sale. Every residential solar installation you sell earns a commission, paid out weekly, with no ceiling. There is no fixed base salary; your earnings depend entirely on your sales results. Reps who hit expectations consistently land between CA$80,000 and CA$100,000 a year. Top performers earn more.
