Part time Residential Property Manager

Pay: $30 / hr

Hours: 23-25 hours per week. Daily availability required.

Availability: flexible work hours can be 90% concentrated in evenings and weekends to accommodate an individual with another full time job. However, there will sometimes be requirements during the business day.

Location: Hybrid (Esquimalt / work from home)

Requirements

- Minium 2 years experience in residential property management in British Columbia
- Tenancy Law Expertise: Strong practical knowledge of Residential Tenancy Act and successful track record in RTB dispute resolution proceedings
- Reliable own transport
- Based within 15 minutes drive of Esquimalt

Role Description:

- Manage all communications with tenants
- Handle leasing, showings, move ins and move outs
- Lead all formal tenancy matters including RTB hearings
- Help to coordinate and organize ongoing renovation projects
- Establish and maintain meticulous document-tracking systems and records from scratch to secure legal and operational outcome
- Take ownership of the property transformation and ensure all necessary steps are taken to accomplish this objective

Pay: $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 23.0 – 25.0 per week
