Empower individuals in need as a Respite Worker with AdaptAbilities, providing in-home support in Edmonton. This fulfilling full time role focuses on fostering relationships and community inclusion. As a Community Specialist in our In-Home Program, you will provide direct care to an adult participant while promoting dignity and personal goals.

- Deliver direct care and engaging support in a safe environment

- Communicate clearly with team members and families
- Adhere to company policies in documentation and reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma; prior experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Clear Police Information and Intervention Record Checks required
- Intermediate First Aid Certification CPR Level C and AED necessary
- Familiarity with Crisis Intervention protocols is beneficial
