We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Responsible Gaming Program Analyst to join our Corporate Strategy & Planning Division.

Reporting to the Manager, Social Responsibility & Responsible Gaming, you will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of AiGC's social responsibility and responsible gaming initiatives. As the Responsible Gaming Program Analyst, you will provide analytical, program, and operational support across AiGC's Social Responsibility and Responsible Gaming portfolio. You are a curious and detail-oriented professional who thrives at the intersection of policy, research, program delivery, and stakeholder engagement. You enjoy transforming complex information into clear insights and are passionate about supporting initiatives that create positive social outcomes.

About the Role In this role you will own:

Program Coordination & Analysis

- Support the administration of responsible gaming programs, grants, funding initiatives, and related reporting processes.
- Monitor program participation, outcomes, and performance metrics.
- Develop operational tools, trackers, and reporting resources.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and support evidence-informed decision making.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with program applicants, funding recipients, operators, and stakeholders.

Policy Research & Strategic Support
- Conduct environmental scans, jurisdictional reviews,



and research on emerging trends.
- Analyze legislation, industry developments, and responsible gaming best practices.
- Prepare briefing notes, reports, recommendations, presentations, and other materials to support policy and program development.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and synthesize information that supports strategic decision making.

Stakeholder & Public Engagement
- Support the development and execution of SR-related marketing initiatives and strategic direction, including operator consultation.
- Assist with stakeholder consultations and engagement activities.
- Coordinate public-facing events, outreach activities, and educational initiatives.
- Support awareness efforts that promote responsible gambling practices across Alberta.

Administration & Operations
- Coordinate meetings, working groups, and committee activities.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, presentations, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor project plans, timelines, and reporting requirements.
- Maintain records and documentation to support program and governance activities.

What You Bring

- Degree in Public Policy, Social Sciences, Business, Law, or a related field; a combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Minimum two years of experience in policy, program coordination, program administration, or a public-sector environment.
- Experience developing operational tools and working with program data and analytics.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience preparing reports, briefing materials, and recommendations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience related to responsible gaming, social responsibility, consumer protection, harm reduction, public health, or regulatory environments preferred
- Experience supporting grant, funding, or application-based programs preferred
- Knowledge of policy development processes, strategic planning, and governance frameworks preferred
