Demonstrate system capabilities to customers, dealers, sales teams, and service personnel

Optimize print quality and colour consistency

Develop training programs and supporting materials

Provide guidance and support to customers, dealers, sales teams, and service personnel

Collaborate with sales, service, and technical teams to support print solution launches

Balance field-based customer engagement and office-based support according to business needs

Coordinate and manage consulting projects, including hardware/software purchasing, installation, and end-user training

Provide advanced technical support for escalated software and print quality issues

Develop and deliver training plans and support tools to enhance first-level support capabilities

Maintain demo room equipment and operational readiness and colour accuracy across platforms

Promote and uphold industry hardware and software standards

Participate in industry groups and monitor trends

Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing between sales and technical service teams

Collaborate with the sales team on pre-sales activities

Train customers and dealers on optimal use of production equipment

Provide workflow training to help customers operate equipment efficiently

Support customer and dealer engagement through technical demonstrations and training sessions

Requirements

Minimum of five years experience in a technical role within the Production Toner Industry

Fiery Cut Sheet Skilled and Expert Certification is preferred

Strong knowledge in colour management, including software such as Colorgate and Caldera

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for diagnosing technical issues on Production POD devices





Strong ability to develop and deliver training plans and support tools for service teams, customers, and dealers

Proven experience conducting customer product demonstrations and tailoring presentations to customer needs

Good IT skills, including MS Office, MS-Windows, IT networking, and CRM/ERP systems

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Commitment to customer satisfaction with a diplomatic and customer-friendly approach

Ability to travel as required

Ability to communicate effectively in both English and French is a strong asset
