• Negotiate terms and conditions with subcontractors directly
• Actively participate in procurement and quote reviews
• Confirm bonding compliance with the Commercial Plan requirements
• Review and process subcontractor payment applications
• Conduct final account reviews and manage claims
Requirements:
• MRICS, CIOB or in the chartering process
• Degree in Construction or Quantity Surveying
• 5+ years of relevant contract administration experience
• Minimum 3 years in large infrastructure endeavors
