In this influential role, you will facilitate energy efficiency programs, providing essential technical resources for residential retrofits. You will help clients navigate technical requirements while ensuring projects are executed successfully and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide clients through the energy upgrade process
• Provide technical support on systems and retrofits
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure project compliance
• Maintain program records with meticulous attention
• Support QA/QC activities to achieve project accuracy
Requirements:
• 3-5 years' experience as an Energy Advisor or similar
• Experience with CSA F280-12 load calculations
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and building science
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Clean driving record with willingness to travel
