EPCOR is seeking a skilled Team Lead for our Wastewater Treatment Plant in Regina. This full-time position blends technical expertise with leadership to drive secure and efficient operations.

The Team Lead reports to the Operations Manager and oversees a dedicated team of operators and maintenance staff. Balancing hands-on duties with mentoring, you'll support employee development and ensure compliance with safety standards. Your role is pivotal in fostering accountability and continuous improvement within the plant's operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operators and maintenance staff for safe operations
• Drive performance by tracking metrics and implementing improvements
• Oversee maintenance planning and contractor coordination
• Champion health, safety,



and environmental standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders for efficient resource use

Requirements:
• 5+ years in a leadership role within an industrial setting
• Level 4 Wastewater Treatment Certification or ability to obtain
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of mechanical process operations and maintenance best practices
• Strong communication and leadership skills
