You will oversee essential tasks such as data ingestion, archival processes, and ensuring compliance with content security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ingest data and archive files according to company policy
• Operate shipping software for domestic and international freight
• Perform weekly shelf audits of vault items




• Ensure virus scanning of client hard drives before ingesting
• Manage vault space and move inactive elements accordingly

Requirements:
• Robust problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with file delivery systems including Aspera
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and vault management tools
• Experience with various operating systems
