Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct analysis of Loyalty and Product business impacts
• Support strategic investment recommendations with the Product team
• Build business cases for partnerships and technology improvements
• Oversee performance accountability and execution
• Analyze Aeroplan program data using PowerBI and SQL

Requirements:
• University degree essential
• At least three years of analytical experience
• History of exceeding performance targets
• Solid passion for quantitative analysis
• Effective communication skills for client opportunities
