Key Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls and relay information promptly
• Create and maintain patient admission records
• Restock supplies and manage outgoing communications
• Assist in record assembly and retrieval processes
• Ensure electronic data entry is accurate

Requirements:
• Must have completed Grade 12 education
• A minimum of two years recent experience
• Typing proficiency of at least 45 w.p.m.
• Familiarity with medical terminology essential
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
