Join NutraChamps as the Retail and Wholesale Director and spearhead our business growth from Toronto. This role focuses on transforming retail into a predictable revenue engine through strategic planning and execution. Reporting to the COO, you will own all aspects of retail lifecycle management.

Your commercial judgment will be essential for negotiating with retailers and executing flawless operational strategies. You’ll engage directly with teams across finance, marketing, and product to optimize performance and support NutraChamps’ mission in the health and wellness space. Key Responsibilities:

- Drive growth for all retail channels and partnerships
- Handle retailer negotiations focused on pricing and promotions
- Implement effective line reviews and SKU launches
- Analyze sell-through data and assess promotional performance
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance in-store execution

Requirements:

- 7+ years in retail or wholesale CPG sector
- Proficient in data analysis and financial forecasting
- Solid track record in national account management
- Explicit and assertive communicator
- Strong Excel and reporting capabilities
