Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, and provide expert advice on gardening, landscaping, and horticulture products.
- Assist customers with product selection, merchandising displays, and providing detailed information about plant care and landscape maintenance.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales transactions accurately while handling cash and electronic payments.
- Maintain well-organized shelves and displays, ensuring products are properly stocked, labeled, and visually appealing.
- Support inventory management by conducting stock checks, restocking shelves, and assisting with e-commerce order fulfillment when needed.




- Offer exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving any issues professionally.
- Contribute to a clean and protected store environment through regular tidying, gardening tasks in outdoor areas, and adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising techniques.
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for connecting with diverse customers.
- Passion for gardening, horticulture, landscape maintenance, or related outdoor activities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting plants or supplies.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking and display setup.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or online sales processes is advantageous.
