Richmond Lavenderland is a luxurious venue including 7 acres of lavender, where visitors come to visit..We take pride in our eco-friendly “Natural Farming” approach to grow our lavenders.

Richmond Lavenderland off season operates 5 days a week, 10 am – 5pm.

Job Responsibilities
- Serves customers by helping them select products.
- Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. Provides outstanding customer service.
- Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner and responds to customers’ questions.
- Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
- Manages financial transactions. Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
- Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.
- Alerts management of potential security issues.
- Assists with inventory,



including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
- Cooperate with management and finish all assigned daily work as required.

Qualifications/ Skills
- Excellent at listening, friendly and enthusiastic
- Accountable and reliable
- Self- driven
- Excellent customer service,
- Having additional spoken language is an asset, especially Mandarin and Cantonese
- Meeting sales goals, and selling to customer needs
- Conversational English level
- High school diploma or GED
- 0-1 years of retail experience desired

Compensation Rate:18.25/hour base+commission+tips.
