- Oversee all aspects of the store, including leading assistant store leaders, team leads and advisors and partnering with business areas and vendors
- Motivate, coach, develop and inspire the team to help customers find products or services
- Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture
- Oversee store KPIs including revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, and health and safety
- Maintain a healthy profit and loss
- Achieve customer and employee experience objectives and sales results

Requirements

- 5+ years of retail store manager experience
- 5+ years of experience leading a retail team of at least 50 employees and a $30+ million big box retail store
- 5+ years of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in a high-sales volume store
- Leadership by example on the floor to increase employee engagement, customer experience and revenue opportunities
- Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work workplace




- Ability to permanently work at and commute to Edmonton store locations
