We are a tertiary/quaternary NICU, and the NICU nurses work alongside a large multidisciplinary team with expertise in medicine, respiratory therapy, nutrition, pharmacology, psychosocial services, child life, music therapy, rehabilitation medicine, and biomedical engineering.

Classroom education Buddy shifts Clinical instructor support Develop and implement a nursing plan of care Work in collaboration with the NICU families and the interdisciplinary health care team Provide safe, competent and ethical nursing care Graduate of an approved Baccalaureate Nursing Program (BScN).
Active General
Class RN License through the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing. Possess 1 + years of clinical nursing experience in an RN capacity Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the principles of equity, diversity and inclusivity Previous employment, clinical placement,
and/or externship experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care unit. Level 2 or Level 3 NICU experience is a very strong asset.

Upon receiving a verbal offer, all successful nursing candidates will need to provide 2 supervisory references who can speak to clinical experience.
