About the Role

Pockit Self Storage is one of Manitoba’s leadingself-storageproviders, andwe’relooking for a motivated, sales-minded team member to join us. This is a hands-on role whereyou’lldrive occupancy, help customers find the right storage solution, and keep our facilities running at their best — all ina largely independentwork environment with real room to grow.

What You’llDo

- Managerentals and occupancy by presentingavailable units, pricing, and promotions to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads consistently to explore every prospect to convert inquiries into rentals.
- Prepare and manage rental agreements and contracts.
- Processrentalpayments.
- Participate invendor management andAccounts Payable processes.
- Monitor and follow up on delinquent accounts to minimize outstanding balances.
- Maintaining units and general curb appeal.
- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety,



and security standards are met.
- Perform opening and closing procedures andmaintainthe facility to Company standards.

Who We’reLooking For

- Outgoing, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Sales-oriented withstrong communicationand customer-facing skills
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strongcomputerproficiency.
- Bonus if you have experiencein: retail, rentals, sales, hotel/property management, or a keyholder/supervisory role — but notrequired!
