We're seeking a motivated HSE Advisor to support multiple regional branches. You'll collaborate with managers on compliance, conduct workplace audits, and assist in incident investigations. This role will empower you to make significant improvements in health and safety practices while coaching employees and leaders alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide branches on HSE compliance and practices
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits
• Support the company’s COR program and corrective actions
• Deliver safety orientations and training programs
• Track and report on safety performance metrics
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety
• 3–5 years of relevant HSE experience
• In-depth knowledge of OHS laws across provinces
• Experience with contractor compliance platforms
• Solid organizational and problem-solving skills
