This full-time position under the Manager of Sales & Operations Planning seeks a candidate with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management. You'll lead PSI forecasting, provide analytical insights, and collaborate across teams to enhance business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate forecasts aligned with business plans
• Analyze sales and inventory data to drive decisions
• Liaise with various stakeholders on production schedules
• Develop and report S&OP; metrics for continuous improvement
• Utilize SAP IBP for enhanced planning processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics
• Minimum 5 years in applicable planning roles
• Proficient in Power BI and advanced Excel
• Detail-oriented with solid analytical skills
• Experience in Motorsports or Marine sectors preferred
