The Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra is looking for a talented Principal Oboe to join their ranks for a full-time role commencing in 2027. National auditions are slated for November 6, 2026. Eligible applicants must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or possess valid work authorization from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead oboe passages during concerts
• Collaborate actively in rehearsals with the orchestra
• Support the orchestra’s artistic initiatives

• Maintain high standards in rehearsals and performances
Requirements:
• Citizenship or permanent residency in Canada
