Support Indigenous students as an Indigenous Engagement Navigator by working collaboratively with cultural advisors and student success programs. Drive community outreach efforts for holistic support.

This HRSP restricted role is solely for individuals of Aboriginal ancestry. Reporting to the Manager of Indigenous Initiatives and Inclusion, you'll engage with various advisors, including the Aboriginal Future Student Advisor and Wellness Team. Your role is pivotal in connecting with prospective Indigenous students and ensuring comprehensive support throughout their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work with Indigenous advisors on collaborative projects
• Engage with Indigenous communities and prospective students




• Coordinate outreach with Aboriginal Advisory Committees
• Support programs focused on student well-being
• Facilitate communication between teams and students

Requirements:
• Must be of Aboriginal ancestry
• Robust background in community outreach
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
• Familiarity with Indigenous cultures and issues
• Passion for enhancing the student experience for Indigenous students

Make a meaningful impact on Indigenous student success through strategic engagement and support initiatives.
