Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in crisis prevention and intervention for tenants
• Help resolve pest control and hoarding management challenges
• Facilitate coordination with health and social service providers
• Offer de-cluttering education and support to tenants
• Create community capacity-building programs
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent
• 3-5 years of applicable experience in housing services
• Knowledge of best practices in hoarding issues
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience working with diverse populations
