Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver individualized case management and wraparound services
• Conduct research and facilitate educational training sessions

• Participate in community outreach across Eastern Ontario
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in social sciences
• Minimum of two years providing interventions to at-risk populations
• Familiarity with youth and adult justice systems
• Current Criminal Record Check for vulnerable populations
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French or Arabic
