Perform standard engineering assignments in design, development, analysis, evaluation, testing, specifications preparation, field tasks, and field-problem resolution
Receive assistance and instructions on unusual or complex features and possible solutions as needed
Ensure compliance with government, organization, and customer engineering standards
Independently evaluate, select, and apply standard technical techniques, procedures, and criteria, making minor adaptations and modifications
Work on special projects as directed
Perform other related duties and tasks as required
Apply technical expertise to find improved technical solutions supporting the product life cycle and replacement of current Framatome technologies
Participate in solving technical issues identified by project management, business line management, or customers to increase business opportunities for Framatome Canada Ltd.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (4 years) in Engineering

Basic knowledge of related engineering standards, techniques and criteria

Basic communication skills to comprehend, follow direction and convey detailed technical data

Ability to develop and maintain positive interpersonal relationships and work collaboratively within a team environment





Good problem identification and problem resolution skills

Exposure to CAD modeling and computer programming skills

Must satisfy export control compliance requirements for applicable U.S. and home-country laws where required

Successful completion of a background screening
