Join Science World as a Donor Engagement Manager, focusing on annual giving and relationship-building. Design fundraising strategies that invigorate community support for STEAM initiatives.

In this full-time position, you will report to the Director, Major Gifts. Your role is pivotal in enhancing donor engagement through various channels such as monthly donations and e-appeals. You will leverage your experience in identifying prospects and cultivating relationships to achieve fundraising goals alongside the Development team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute strategic annual giving plans to boost donor revenue
• Collaborate on donor identification and cultivation strategies
• Supervise the Database Specialist for accurate donation tracking




• Create and implement donor communication strategies
• Engage in donor appreciation and stewardship events

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of fundraising experience
• Ability to secure gifts through various channels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Robust analytical abilities related to financial reporting
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed
