As a key member of the Office of the Provost Finance Team, you will engage directly with Main Campus stakeholders to manage the procure-to-pay lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in procurement or finance. Your role will focus on triaging purchasing and invoice issues while delivering exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee procurement-sourcing activities and contract lifecycles
• Manage requisition initiation and purchase order issuance
• Resolve complex invoice payment issues with stakeholders
• Collaborate on financial reporting for procurement spend
• Ensure compliance with school-specific Service Level Agreements
Requirements:

• Robust oral and written communication skills
