This management role within Child, Youth & Family Mental Health and Substance Use Services offers the chance to influence care across multiple sites under Island Health. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation of mental health programs and policies
• Coordinate services across South Island and Centre/North communities
• Administer financial and human resource management




• Ensure quality of care meets the organization's standards
• Promote collaborative practices with service partners

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in relevant health care field required
• 7+ years in management of child and youth services
• Experience in both inpatient and community settings
• Valid BC Driver's License
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
