We are, Carat Jewellers local business, looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our jewellery store team. The ideal candidate is passionate about jewellery, enjoys helping customers, and provides excellent customer service in a retail environment. This role includes assisting customers with purchases, maintaining product displays, and supporting daily store operations.

Duties

- Welcome and assist customers in the store

- Help customers choose jewellery and explain products

- Answer customer questions professionally

- Handle sales, billing, and payments

- Maintain product displays and store cleanliness

- Support inventory management and stock organization.

What we look for:





- 0-2 years experience in a customer service in retail, willing to train jewellery knowdlege

- Jewellery experience is an asset.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Trustworthy, Friendly, Reliable, and outgoing

- Professional appearance and presentation

- Proficiency in English

- Has a high standard of personal accountability

- Has a drive to achieve goals and targets

- Robust interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to Handle POS systems

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
