Duties

- Engage in outside sales activities by reaching out to prospective clients and visiting potential customers to promote our products and services
- Develop current business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and strategic marketing initiatives
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through effective account management strategies
- Negotiate terms and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals
- Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track leads, manage customer information, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement




- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate leads
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally, fostering long-term relationships

Qualifications

- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or technology sales roles
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
- Business development expertise with the ability to identify new market opportunities
- Experience managing accounts and maintaining client relationships over time
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for tracking sales activities
- Analysis skills to interpret sales data and optimize strategies accordingly
- Technical sales experience is a plus, especially involving innovative or complex products/services
- Customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
