Aspen Creek Designer Homes is looking for an organized, personable and motivated Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team.

This is a unique role combining marketing coordination with showhome sales support. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable coordinating projects and deadlines behind the scenes as they are welcoming and engaging prospective homeowners in one of our showhomes.

The RoleMarketing Coordination

You will act as the day-to-day liaison between Aspen Creek and our outsourced marketing firms, helping ensure our marketing initiatives move from direction to execution.

Responsibilities include

- Coordinate requests, priorities and deliverables with our external marketing partners.
- Provide agencies with the information, assets and direction required to complete their work.
- Coordinate internal reviews, approvals and feedback.
- Track marketing projects, deadlines and outstanding items.
- Coordinate updates to brochures, signage, website content, listings and other marketing materials.
- Help organize photography, renderings, events and promotional initiatives.
- Ensure marketing materials remain current, accurate and consistent with the Aspen Creek brand.

Showhome & Sales Support When working in our showhome, you will be one of the first points of contact for prospective homeowners.

Responsibilities include

- Welcome and engage showhome visitors.
- Learn about their needs, lifestyle, timing and what they are looking for in a new home.
- Introduce visitors to Aspen Creek, our homes, communities and approach to building.




- Answer general questions and provide a professional, low-pressure experience.
- Capture prospect information and conversation notes.
- Identify potential opportunities and schedule Discovery Meetings with our Sales Manager.
- Maintain a skilled, organized and presentation-ready showhome.

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organized with strong follow-through.
- Friendly, confident and comfortable meeting new people.
- A strong written and verbal communicator.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable coordinating with external vendors and marketing partners.
- Professional and polished in a customer-facing environment.
- Proactive and willing to take ownership of getting things done.
- Comfortable learning CRM, scheduling and marketing platforms.

Experience in marketing coordination, customer service, hospitality, real estate or homebuilding would be an asset.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
