We're adding a Entry Level Sales and Customer Service Associate to our Burlington team.
This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with people, learning about products, and helping customers choose the right solution for their home projects. You'll work directly with customers throughout the buying process, from their first questions through checkout and follow-up.
No previous experience is required. Training is provided.
Your Role
You'll be responsible for creating a helpful, professional experience for every customer while supporting the team's sales goals. On a typical day, you may:
- Welcome customers and find out what they're looking for
- Ask questions about their project and recommend suitable products
- Explain product features, advantages, materials, and basic installation information
- Help customers compare products and make informed decisions
- Process purchases, payments, returns, and exchanges
- Use point-of-sale systems and handle transactions accurately
- Keep product displays organized, clean, and stocked
- Respond to customer questions and help resolve concerns
- Suggest complementary products or services when they make sense for the customer's project
- Maintain accurate customer and transaction records
- Work with teammates to meet daily and team targets

Retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or home improvement experience is helpful but not required. This is an entry level position. English communication skills are required. Speaking additional languages is considered an asset.
A personal vehicle is preferred.
Training
We'll teach you the product knowledge, customer service processes, and sales skills needed to become confident in the role.
You'll receive hands-on training and ongoing coaching while developing practical experience in customer service, sales, product presentation, and communication.
Pay: $750.00-$1,000.00 per week
