Location: Southgate Centre – 2nd Level by London Drugs

Bumper Mania is looking for friendly, energetic, and responsible team members to join our current bumper car attraction at Southgate Centre! We’re looking for people who enjoy working with children and families and can help create a fun, safe, and welcoming experience for every rider.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide friendly customer service
- Operate the bumper car attraction safely
- Explain ride rules and safety instructions to guests
- Assist riders with getting in and out of bumper cars when needed
- Ensure riders are properly seated and buckled before starting the ride
- Monitor the ride at all times and enforce safety rules
- Process customer payments and admissions
- Keep the bumper cars, counter, and surrounding area clean and organized
- Complete opening and closing duties




- Report any equipment or safety concerns immediately
- Help create a fun and positive experience for children and families

We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Is reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Is friendly and comfortable interacting with children and families
- Has strong customer service and communication skills
- Can confidently enforce safety rules
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Is comfortable working in a busy and energetic environment
- Has availability for a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Previous customer service experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right person!
