The Sales

Engineer supports the sales team by providing technical expertise during the sales process. This role helps translate customer needs into product solutions, assists with demonstrations, and ensures customer satisfaction through technical support.

Engineer is an early-career qualified focused on learning, execution, and collaboration.

Technical

Support & Learning Assist in product demonstrations and presentations with guidance from senior team members. Learn to translate customer requirements into basic product solutions. Prepare and maintain technical documentation for client use.

Participate in client meetings to understand business and technical needs. Support responses to RFIs and RFPs with accurate technical input. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to support solution design.

Contribute to proposals and presentations under supervision. Assist with onboarding and training of new clients.



Share customer feedback with internal teams. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or related field) with a P.Minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical or engineering role, ideally with exposure to sales or customer-facing environments.

Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CAD or CRM tools is an asset.
