Key Responsibilities:
• Develop advanced nursing skills through structured training
• Work under supervision while progressing to autonomous practice
• Adapt to changing activity levels within the surgical unit
• Demonstrate excellent communication with team and patients
• Complete all required competencies within designated timeframe
Requirements:
• Registered on UK NMC Register, Sub-part 1 or 2
• Evidence of continual professional development
• Completed or working towards Masters Level 11 education
• Extensive experience in multiple specialities at Band 5 level
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as necessary
