Become a Dietary Aide at S&R; Group and provide essential meal support to our Residents. Your role will focus on ensuring a pleasant dining experience in our Long Term Care homes.

As a Dietary Aide, you’ll directly impact the lives of our Residents by serving nutritious meals catered to their specific needs. You’ll work in an setting that promotes not just food service but connections with Residents, as you participate in creating a home-like atmosphere. This role also involves supporting kitchen hygiene and assisting with food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist Residents during meals
• Serve meals while considering dietary restrictions
• Maintain a clean and welcoming dining room
• Prepare food and support kitchen operations
• Help facilitate recreational dining events

Requirements:
• Certification in Food Safety Awareness Course needed
• Experience in healthcare or restaurant settings preferred
• Completed Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) check
• Up-to-date TB 2 Step test required
