This full-time co-op role, reporting to the Manager of Operational Excellence, involves supporting various operational activities within the membership team. You'll analyze critical data, facilitate internal meetings, and assist with member services and standards events. Your contributions will play a significant role in enhancing CSA's standards development processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze process data supporting standards operations
• Assist with change management and process improvements
• Facilitate meetings and support staff training




• Conduct research for standards projects and programs
• Support member services through administrative tasks

Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in at least the second year of an undergraduate program
• Familiarity with project management and standards development
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Robust attention to detail and process orientation
• Candidates proficient in French are preferred
