Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations at its facility in Surrey, British Columbia . This is a fully on-site position for a hands-on leader who can keep equipment running safely, reduce downtime and support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team.

Plan preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and operational issues.

Improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.

Schedule repairs and prioritize maintenance requests.

Coordinate outside contractors, parts and maintenance supplies.

Maintain accurate service records and maintenance documentation.





Ensure all work follows health and safety requirements.

Work closely with operations to minimize production disruptions.

Requirements

Five or more years of maintenance experience.

Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Comfortable working in a hands-on setting.

Must be able to work fully on-site in Surrey, BC.
