This role is essential for the well-being of residents at Shasta Care Community, where you will report directly to the Wellness Manager. Your responsibilities will include providing nursing care, supervising Personal Support Workers, and ensuring a team-oriented atmosphere with all staff members. You’ll focus on building relationships with residents and communicating effectively with their families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement nursing care as per the resident plan
• Deliver excellent personal care to residents
• Facilitate communication within the support team




• Oversee the care provided by Personal Support Workers
• Regularly assess and address changing resident needs

Requirements:
• Good standing with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta
• Experience in geriatric care is an asset
• Strong decision-making and risk identification skills
• Ability to contribute positively to team dynamics
• Available for flexible shifts and required orientations
