As a member of a dedicated team, you will assist patients with everyday tasks and provide emotional support based on individualized care plans. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive personal care and assistance daily
• Facilitate mobility, feeding, and personal grooming
• Offer respite support to family members and caregivers
• Execute authorized medical tasks under supervision
• Conduct essential housekeeping in client living spaces
Requirements:
• Active or eligible registration with the College of LPNs and HCAs
• Completion of Health Care Aide Certificate within specified time
• BCLS-HCP and Basic First Aid certifications mandatory
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work within a team environment
