We are searching for a detail-oriented Micro Lab Technician to prepare and analyze samples using specialized microbiological techniques. Working in a laboratory setting, you will engage in hands-on testing while maintaining a clean and safe environment. This position operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct sample preparation for microbiological analysis
• Utilize aseptic techniques for accurate testing
• Maintain lab supplies and reagent inventories
• Perform routine quality control and safety checks
• Collaborate effectively with the Food Safety Net Services Team

Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED required
• Preferred: Associate degree or two years lab experience
• Solid foundation in food testing laboratory practices
• Ability to travel is a plus
• Meet physical and technical demands of the role
