Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and repair boilers and exhaust systems
• Apply Lockout/Tagout procedures safely
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment
• Document repairs using Computerized Maintenance Management System
• Respond to and assist with emergency alarms
Requirements:
• Two-year technical degree preferred but not required
• At least 18 years old with prior maintenance experience
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Understanding of maintenance practices and safety protocols
• Physically able to lift up to 80 lbs
