Join our clinic and enhance patient care as a Clinical Health Assistant. This role, operating Monday to Friday, focuses on patient interactions, vital assessments, and community resource navigation.

In this position, you will be the first clinical point of contact for patients, working under the guidance of the Clinic Manager. You’ll collaborate with nurses and physicians to support a diverse panel of patients, performing tasks from managing vitals and initial screenings to organizing patient visits. We ensure you receive ongoing training to expand your clinical knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and accurately room them
• Perform vitals and assist in minor procedures




• Communicate with patients regarding their health
• Organize and prepare schedules for the next day
• Participate in team huddles for productive operations

Requirements:
• Medical Office Assistant certification
• Minimum of 2 years medical office experience
• Strong knowledge of EMR systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
