Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise maintenance and housekeeping functions

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably with seniors
• Robust leadership experience, especially in unions
• Technical knowledge of facility systems and operations
• Relevant certification or trades license required
• Must secure Vulnerable Sector Check if not current
