Key Responsibilities:
• Review field conditions of current construction enclosures
• Test performance aspects including air and water leakage
• Document conditions of existing buildings for improvement
• Develop asset management strategies for building owners
• Innovate in the lab for energy consumption reductions
Requirements:
• Relevant training in building science or civil engineering
• Experience with construction or building projects
