Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare examination spaces and clinical materials
• Assist patients during registration and information gathering
• Maintain patient confidentiality and organized records
• Coordinate virtual appointments and clinic logistics
• Build relationships with community health partners
Requirements:
• Two to three years of medical office experience
• Proficient in medical terminology and electronic records
• Experience with First Nations preferred
• Robust organizational and communication skills
• PHIA training upon hire and valid driver’s license
Contribute positively to health equity and community well-being in northern Manitoba.
