This full time role includes overseeing rebate programs, managing Salesforce data, and supporting marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage consumer and bounty rebate programs effectively
• Oversee data collection for Totally Hayward and AquaPoints
• Validate customer data within Salesforce and maintain accuracy




• Coordinate logistics for trade shows and company meetings
• Create and distribute internal and external communications

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing or sales
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Bilingual in French and English preferred
