In this role, you will collaborate with teachers to implement tailored programs for students with various requirements. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist students based on individualized plans and support needs
• Implement strategies as directed by teachers
• Record observations and support positive behavior strategies




• Participate in collaborative planning meetings for students
• Provide individualized program materials preparation under teacher supervision

Requirements:
• Educational Assistant Certificate or related diploma
• Training in behavior management or willingness to train
• Minimum one year experience with challenging behaviors
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Ability to manage high-stress situations effectively
